As a guideline, a fixed fee for the full buyer service is negotiated in the range 1.2% - 1.5% of your budgeted purchase price, depending on the service you require, the state of the current Sydney real estate market, and the degree of difficulty of the brief.
The full buyer service includes any architectural design advice, together with initial concept sketches, that you may require should you wish to improve your newly acquired property.
If you require a less comprehensive service, such as a negotiation for the purchase of a property you have sourced yourself, or bidding at an auction on your behalf, as examples, Peter's fee is reduced accordingly.
Peter does not charge the usual up-front non-refundable retainer fee.
No fee is charged for an initial consultation to discuss your requirements and provide a quotation.
