As a former licensed Builder, building designer and MBA accredited building consultant, Peter possesses a comprehensive technical knowledge of buildings; as well as negotiation skills and professional contacts developed over 45 years in the property industry.
He can provide you with the benefit of this experience "in-house". He does not need to call in external building or design consultants except for a final pre-purchase building and timber pest report (for your legal protection).
Many properties are superficially (and sometimes deceitfully) "tarted-up" or styled when presented to the market. Peter is equipped to differentiate between properties that look better than they are, and properties that are as good as they look, or better.
Peter is well known to listeners of ABC Radio Sydney, having devoted 11 years broadcasting on building and property related matters in a popular Saturday morning talk-back program called "The Woodies".
In 2016, 2017 and 2018 Peter was a member of the judging panel for the Master Builders Association of NSW annual "EXCELLENCE IN HOUSING AWARDS".
Peter also holds the degree of Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University.
